Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Mr. Nilesh Gupta Business Head- Infrastructure Services (designated as Senior Management Personnel) has submitted his resignation from the services of the Company vide letter dated February 3 2026

3I Infotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday February 13 2026 to inter alia consider and approve the Statements of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.Further in continuation to our disclosure on closure of Trading Window dated December 29 2025 pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading by Designated Persons Trading window shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till Sunday February 15 2026.

We enclosed herewith the Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

pursuant to the Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider trading by Designated Persons (the Code) the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the Code from January 1 2026 till the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31 2025 and forty-eight hours thereafter.The Date of Board meeting of the Company for declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31 2025 will be intimated in due course.
