Pursuant to regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 Please find attached copy of certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.

Crisil Ratings Limited has downgraded the credit rating assigned to the Companys long-term bank facilities aggregating to Rs. 128 Crore from CRISIL BBB-/Stable to CRISIL BB+/Stable

Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 01 January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & nine months ending December 31 2025. Accordingly all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the period of window closure.
