Rupa & Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025

We are enclosing herewith a Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of Rupa & Company Limited will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.
