Venus Pipes & Tubes Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on February 17 2015 under the Companies Act 2013. Thereafter Company converted into a Public Limited and name of the Company was changed to Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited on September 16th 2021. The Company is one of the growing stainless-steel pipes and tubes manufacturer and exporter in manufacturing of stainless-steel tubular products in 2 broad categories comprising of seamless tubes/pipes and welded tubes/pipes. It is currently manufacturing 5 product lines namely Stainless Steel High Precision & Heat Exchanger Tubes; Stainless Steel Hydraulic & Instrumentation Tubes; Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes; Stainless Steel Welded Pipes; and Stainless Steel Box Pipes. Apart from these it supply products for applications in diverse sectors including chemicals engineering; fertilizers; pharmaceuticals power food processing; paper; and oil and gas. In 2015 the Company established manufacturing plant at Dhaneti Bhuj-Bhachau highway close to Mundar and Kandla Ports. It commenced the production of stainless steel welded pipes steel high precision & heat exchanger tubes steel hydraulic & instrumentation tubes and steel box pipes at the plant located in Dhaneti Gujarat.In 2017 it expanded the production line of stainless steel seamless pipes. It exported stainless steel welded and stainless steel seamless pipes in the European Union Brazil UK Israel etc.
