Q. As an innovator who positioned Suchirindia as a game-changing brand in the market, what is your current focus area?

A. Creating iconic projects is our exclusive focus area. In fact, we will be associated only with high-end, landscape redefining ventures. Our focus, especially my personal goal is to enable people to connect with nature and lead a stress-free, eco-friendly lifestyle. We are in the process of commissioning realty solutions that are world-class, eco-friendly, strategically located, and highly affordable. Q. Please throw some light on your latest projects?

A. The Tales of Greek, luxury suites & studio apartments, and Giza Polis, premium villa plots are our latest offerings. Tales of Greek is an up-market Greece-inspired venture. The proposed HMDA project is centrally located in Satamrai, Hyderabad, and offers absolutely classy and tastefully designed luxury suites and studio apartments at highly affordable prices. Each floor is going to have exclusive, fully loaded business centers. The plush clubhouse is a definite value add. The project features futuristic technology-driven facilities and security systems. It is the first project in Hyderabad to receive the prestigious IGBC Platinum rating in the affordable housing category. Q. You are also a bestselling author. What was your latest publication?

A. Earth Shastra is the latest book I penned. As the title suggests it's all about demystifying the nuances intricately linked to real estate business. The book is a knowledge disseminator from a customer's point of view. I'm glad it has received an overwhelming response.

Q. You come across as a multi-dimensional person with a penchant for finer things in life and our readers would want to know more about you as a person...can you please give us some insights?

A. Well I love living life king size as we only live once. I count every single day as a reminder to accomplish something new and off-beat. I love adventure and I have circumnavigated the planet in quest of the same. Be it my expeditions to the Arctic and Antarctica or my skydiving exploits from a height of 50,000 ft in Honolulu, it all comes down to a pure adrenaline rush for me. And yes, I love high fashion, fast cars, designer gadgets, and the other finer things life has to offer.
