In furtherance of our previous disclosure regarding the receipt of the final order in Form 4 fromthe Principal Commissioner of Income Tax on April 17 2025 (at 5:11 p.m.) for the AssessmentYear 2021-22 which resulted in a refund of ?4.49 lakhs and concluded the proceedings wehereby inform you that the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals) Income Tax Departmentvide its DIN and Order No. ITBA/NFAC/S/250/2025-26/1078038331(1) dated June 30 2025 inthe aforesaid appeal has issued an order stating that the said appeal is treated as infructuousunder Clause (2) of Section 4 of the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Scheme 2024 and isaccordingly dismissed for statistical purposes.
