3I Infotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday February 13 2026 to inter alia consider and approve the Statements of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.Further in continuation to our disclosure on closure of Trading Window dated December 29 2025 pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading by Designated Persons Trading window shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till Sunday February 15 2026.
