3P Land Holdings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements and the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Further in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and pursuant to the Insider Trading Policy of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st January 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results i.e. up to 02nd February 2026 (both days inclusive).
