Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 5 2025 has inter alia approved to seek extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the company for the financial year ended March 31 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 5 2025 has interalia approved to seek extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2025 and approval to open a current account with Saraswat Co-Operative Bank Limited Ghatkopar branch.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform your good office that the Board of Directors of our Company in thier meeting held on today i.e. Thursday August 14 2025 which commenced at 12 noon and concluded at 02:30 p.m. have inter alia approved the following items. 1) Standalone unaudited financials statements for the quarter ended June 30 2025. 2. Auditors Report on the standalone unaudited financials statements for the quarter ended June 30 2025. Kindly take the same on your records
