Accedere Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve (i) Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.(ii) To consider the proposal for issue of bonus shares in accordance with the applicable provisions and subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company.(iii) Any other business as the Board deemed fit to discuss with the permission of the chair.
