Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the board of directors of our subsidiary company i.e. ARAPL RaaS Private Limited has approved the adoption of Humro as the brand name under which its business activities will be carried out.
