We regret to inform you that the Company is unable to submit the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quqrter ended 30th September 2025 by the due date i.e. on or before 14th November 2025 as the finalization of accounts of the Company and one of its subsidiary could not be completed due to certain issues requiring more clarification and discussion to finalize the said accounts. The said subsidiary had entered into settlement agreement with the Authorities as well as the Lenders but certain important details and confirmation including release of Security provided by the holding compay are yet to be received. In view of the abvoe the finalization of accounts of the Company as well as the subsidiary is delayed.The Company is making all the efforts to finalise aprpove and publishe the Financial Results and to submit to the stock exchanges as soon as it is finalized with due notice.You are requested to take the same on record.
