Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Iniser Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Circulr Nos.NSE/CML/ 2019/11 and LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 both dated 2nd April 2019 issued by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limtied respectively the Trading Window of the Company shall remian closed with effect from January 01 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial resutls for the quarter December 31 2025.
