In continuation of our earlier intimation dated October 4 2025 and pursuant to the shareholders approval dated October 30 2025 the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Monday December 1 2025 at 16:10 (IST) approved the allotment of 270000 (Two Lakh Seventy Thousand) fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having a face value of ? 10/- each at a premium of ? 240/- per share aggregating to ? 67500000 (Indian Rupees Six Crores Seventy Five Lakhs).Consequent to this allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ? 54475900 (comprising 5447590 fully paid-up equity shares of ?10/- each) to ? 57175900 (comprising 5717590 fully paid-up equity shares of ?10/- each).
