In continuation of our earlier intimations dated 07th February 2025 and 28th March 2025 we wish to inform you that today i.e. 23rd April 2025 the acquisition of Adroit by the Company stands completed in accordance with the conditions prescribed in the share purchase agreement dated 28th March 2025 and accordingly Adroit will now be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.Kindly take the same on record.
