Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulation 2015 please find enclosed herewith Certificate of Compliance received from M/s Cameo Corporate Services Limited.

Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed w.e.f. Thursday 01st January 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter/nine months ending 31st December 2025.
