Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are hereby intimating that ILJIN Electronics (India) Private Limited a Material Subsidiary of the Company has entered into Definitive Agreements with the controlling shareholders of Unitronics (1989) (RG) Ltd. for acquiring approximately 40.24% controlling stake.
