Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that a fire incident occurred on Wednesday June 4 2025 at around 10:01 PM at the Companys factory We are pleased to inform that there were no casualties or injuries to any personnel during the said incident. The Companys team is closely working and cooperating with the local and state authorities to restore normalcy at the affected site. The Company is assessing the extent of damage caused and is cooperating with the concerned authorities for further investigation and necessary actions. In view of the incident operations at the said factory shall remain suspended for a period of seven days. The statutory compliances for the said incident will be followed as per the applicable law. The cause of fire is being investigated and the Company is committed to extend all assistance to the relevant authorities investigating into this matter.
