Ashima Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 13th February 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the following matters:1. The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which has been closed from 1st January 2026 in terms of our earlier intimation dated 29th December 2025 relating to Closure of Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results on 13th February 2026.
