The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.25 per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31 2025. The said second interim dividend would be paid on or before June 14 2025.Further as intimated vide letter dated May 13 2025 the Record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Second Interim Dividend is Thursday May 22 2025.
