Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held todayi.e. January 30 2026 in person at Mumbai inter alia considered and approved the following:1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Limited Review) for the quarter and Ninemonths ended December 31 2025 2. Mr. Ashok Katariya (DIN: 00112240) is re-appointed as a Whole-time Director to be designated as theChairman for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01 2026 subject to approval of the shareholders by Postal Ballot.3. Ms. Shilpa Hiran (DIN: 009045534) is re-appointed as an Independent Director for 2nd term of 5 consecutiveyears w.e.f.
