The Board of directors of the company in its meeting held today at 10th December 2025 appointed Mrs. Roshni Sharma - ACS 50862 as company Secretary and Compliance officer of the company with effect from 10th December 2025 who shall be the Key Managerial Personnel as per the provisions of Companies act 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
