Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 please find attached the Compliance Certificate for the quarter (Q3) ended 31st December 2025 issued by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company namely Kfin Technologies Limited now having its registered office at Mumbai and operations at Hyderabad.

Please find attached the intimation of closure of trading window as per the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and as per the Companys Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosure.

Please find enclosed the disclosure under Reg 30.

Enclosed please find the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter (Q2) and six months ended 30th September 2025 and the limited review report thereon.
