This is with reference to our letters dated October 17 2025 and December 26 2025 informing about Board and Shareholders approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Agarwal (DIN: 00009526) as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of 3 (three) years w.e.f. April 19 2026 subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India. In this regard we wish to inform you that the Reserve Bank of India vide its letter dated February 12 2026 has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Agarwal as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of 3 (three) years w.e.f. April 19 2026.
