Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of SEBI LODR 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 28th January 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.
