The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 12th August 2025 have approved the allotment of 41587 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to the employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of employees stock appreciation rights under BCML Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2023.
