Update To The Disclosure Made Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

In furtherance to the disclosure made by the Company on December 18 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company had filed an appeal to the Customs Excise and Service Tax Authority Appellate Tribunal (CESAT/ Appellate Authority) against the impugned order received from the Office of Commissioner of Customs Centralized Adjudication Cell Maharashtra imposing penalty of Rs. 100 Mio on the Company. The Appellate Authority vide its final order dated January 20 2026 (received by the Company on January 21 2026) has set aside the impugned order. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13 2023 are enclosed herewith.
