Bedmutha Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 33 and other applicable Regulations if any of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Video Visual Means (OAVM) on Tuesday February 10 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025 alongwith Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.Please note that Trading Window of the Company for all the Insiders is closed from January 01 2026 till 48 hours after the disclosure of financial results to the Exchanges.This intimation is also being uploaded on the Companys website at www.bedmutha.com.
