The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on Friday January 23 2026 at the registered office of the company situated at 1 Tara Nagar Ajmer Road Jaipur-302006 (Rajasthan) which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:30 P.M. interalia approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2025 pursuant to regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations and took on record the Limited Review Report thereon.

The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Friday January 23 2026 at the registered office of the Company situated at 1 Tara Nagar Ajmer Road Jaipur-302006 (Rajasthan) which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:30 P.M. inter alia Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations and took on record the Limited Review Report thereon.

BFL Asset Finvest Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations and to take on record the Limited Review Report thereon.

Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 please find enclosed herewith the confirmation certificate for the quarter ended on December 31 2025 issue by the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent i.e. MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited thereby confirming the compliances under the said regulation.

Please note that pursuant to PIT regulations and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in securities of the company will be closed from January 01 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2025 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the company.
