Members of RIC at its meeting held on 16.01.2026 approved Draft Letter of Offer for seeking in-principle approval of the stock exchanges for issuance of fully paid up equity shares of the company aggregating upto Rs. 49.30 crores.

Refer to our outcome of Board Meeting dated 02.01.2026 we would like to inform that first meeting of RIC 2026 will be held on 16th January 2026 instead of 14th January 2026.

Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31.12.2025.

Board of Directors at its meeting held on 2nd January 2026 approved the raising of funds through Rights Issue and other matters incidental thereto.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 2nd January 2026 have inter-alia transacted the following business:1. discussed raising long term fresh Equity funds amounting to Rs. 49.30 crores through a Rights Issue (2026) 2. confirmed that the Bombay Stock Exchange shall be requested to act as the Designated Stock Exchange for the purpose of the ensuring Rights Issue (2026). 3. formation of a focused Rights Issue Committee (RIC)4. Next meeting of the RIC will be held on 14th January 2026 The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:35 p.m.
