We are enclosing hard copies of newspaper publication issued on date in two English Newspapers namely The Times of India (Ranchi & Kolkata) & Economic Times (Mumbai & New Delhi) and one Hindi newspaper namely Dainik Bhaskar (Dhanbad) publishing Unaudited Financial Results of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (Standalone) for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025

The pay scales of executives of Coal India Limited (including executives of Bharat Coking Coal Limited) are being revised. The revised pay scales shall be notionally fixed with effect from 01.01.2017. The revised payscale is to be implemented from the salary of January 2026 to be paid in February 2026. This disclosure is pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 kindly note that Shri Sanjay Kumar Agarwal has been transferred from the post of General Manager (Civil-Welfare) and Shri Suman Kumar has been transferred and posted as General Manager (Civil-Welfare) on 03.02.2026. Accordingly Shri Suman Kumar has become Senior Management Personnel of Bharat Coking Coal Limited.
