In continuation to our intimation made on May 11 2023 with respect to outcome of the Board Meeting including date of annual general meeting and book closure dates we again inform that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 12th July 2023 to 18th July 2023 (both days inclusive) with cutoff date as 11th July 2023 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend.You are requested to take the same on record.
