To consider and discuss the proposal for the change of name from Binani Industries Limited to BIL Enterprise Limited or any other name as may be decided and approved and to authorize the application to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for name availability.2. Any other matter with the permission of Chair and with the consent of a majority of the Directors present in the Meeting including at least one Independent Director.
