Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(l) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR the Company has issued Public Announcement as per Regulations 31(2) read with Regulation 12(3) of IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 in respect of the list of stakeholders showing the complete amount of claims admitted by the liquidator has been filed on 19.02.2021 with the honble NCLT Ahmedabad Bench Ahmedabad the Adjudicating Authority.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(l) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR the Company has received the Claims from various stakeholders and on the basis of claims admitted of various stakeholders upto 01.02.2021 the Stakeholder Consultation<BR> Committee has been constituted as per Regulations 31A of IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 (amended as on 25.7.2019) as applicable under IBC 2016.

This is to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad Bench has passed an order on 04.12.2020 for liquidation of the Company under Section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. The copy of the above referred NCLT order is already submitted to your good office on 15.12.2020 vide Acknowledgement Number 2368606.<BR> In view of above we would like to inform you that the Companys shares are still trading on BSE platform. We therefore request you to stop the trading of the Companys shares.
