The Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. the 13th of November 2025 have approved and taken on record unaudited financial results for quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 which were subject to Limited Review by the Companys Statutory Auditors M/s Arun Jain & Associates (Regn No. : 325867E). Further the Board also considered and approved appointment of CS Mrs Manjula Poddar as the companys Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 years starting from FY 2025-2026.
