Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to update on our earlier corporate announcement dated November 26 2024 and March 31 2025 that the BLS International Services Singapore PTE Ltd. step down subsidiary of the Company has successfully completed acquisition of 100% equity shares of Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting Co. Ltd. a company incorporated under the law of China.
