Camex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Camex Limited will be held on Thursday February 5 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company to inter -alia to transact the following business:1. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31 2025 as per IND-AS along with Limited Review Report to be issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company in pursuance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015.2. Any other Business with the approval of Board of Directors.The Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group / Directors & Designated Employees/Designated Person and their immediate relatives of the Company which had been closed from January 1 2026 and would continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the adoption of results / outcome for the quarter and Nine Months ended on December 312025.

In terms of the Provisions of sub-regulation (1) of the Regulation 9 of SEBI (PIT) Regulations2015 and in Compliance with the terms of the code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives from January 1 2026.
