The Board of K.P. Energy at its meeting held on 13 February 2024 has approved allotment of 4,44,60,000 equity shares having face value of Rs 5 each by way of bonus issue in proportion of 2:1.Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 33,34,50,000 comprising 6,66,90,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
