MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formally known as Link Intime India Private Limited) Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.

With reference to the above captioned subject and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we would hereby like to inform the Stock Exchange that Arbitration Award for an Amount of INR. 19.36 Crore has been received in favour of Ceigall India Limited issued by Honourable Arbitral Tribunal under Section 31 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 dated 04-07-2025 in the matter of Ceigall India Limited and Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department Shimla in relation to the project Widening to two lane with paved shoulder strengthening and geometric improvement of NH-88 (New NH-103) from km. 95/0 (Near Kandror bridge) to km. 140/0 (Near Hamirpur) New RD 85/900 to 129/235 ) in the State of H.P (km. .113/100 to 129/235) New Chainage) Section-III.

In accordance with the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited a subsidiary of the Company has received a letter dated 1* July 2025 from National Highways Authority of India notifying 09® July 2025 as the Appointed Date for the Project.

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives including the Promoters Promoter Group Directors KMPs Designated Employees of the Company etc. with effect from July 1 2025 for the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First quarter ending on 30th June 2025. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First quarter ending on 30th June 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform that Ceigall India Ltd has received the Completion Certificate for the project mentioned below. The Completion certificate has been issued by the Office of Executive Engineer National Highway Division PWD on 2nd June 2025 and the project has been declared fit for entry into operation with effect from 30th June 2024.
