In accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has emerged as the L1 bidder in the financial bid opening for Tender ID: 2025_NHAI_242354_1 dated 21st January 2026 from National Highways Authority of India for Construction of 4 laning of Sahebganj Areraj Bettiah of NH 139W (Total length 78.942 km) in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode comprising (i) Section 1 Sahebganj to Areraj (38.362 km) and (ii) Section 2 Areraj to Bettiah (40.580 km).

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that Ceigall India Limited [CIL] jointly with SAM India Builtwell Pvt. Ltd. [SAM] has been declared as L-1 bidder by Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd in a joint venture bidding. CIL has 74% share and SAM has 26% share in Joint Venture for this project.

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated September 17 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that Ceigall India Limited has appointed Adfactors PR Private Limited as the Investor Relations agency with effect from January 16 2026.

Dear Sir/Madam With reference to the above captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Arbitration Award for an Amount of INR 7.71 Crore plus applicable GST has been received in favour of Ceigall India Limited issued by Honble Arbitration Tribunal under Section 31 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 dated 13th January 2026 in the matter of Ceigall India Limited - Inderjit Mehta Construction Private Limited (JV) and National Highways Authority of India in relation to the project Rehabilitation and augmentation of New NH-354 (Old SH-25) of section Ramdas to Gurdaspur from design chainage km 140.000 (existing km 46.320 of SH) to design chainage km 187.492 (existing km 3.185 of SH) for length of 47.492 into two lane with paved shoulder/four-lane under Bharatmala scheme in the state of Punjab EPC mode (Package-V

Approved the incorporation of project SPV Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited as subsidiary of the Company.
