Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that Ceigall India Limited [CIL] jointly with SAM India Builtwell Pvt. Ltd. [SAM] has been declared as L-1 bidder by Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd in a joint venture bidding. CIL has 74% share and SAM has 26% share in Joint Venture for this project.
