Chalet Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025. The Board will also consider options for raising of funds by way of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures or Commercial Paper or any other market linked debt instrument subject to receipt of applicable regulatory/ statutory approvals and as may be permitted under applicable laws.
