Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that Dr. Sanjay Sethi has completed his term as the Managing Director and CEO of the Company and shall be retiring from the services of the Company.Further the shareholders of the Company have approved appointment of Mr. Shwetank Singh as the Managing Director and CEO and Dr. Sanjay Sethi as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from February 1 2026.
