This is to inform you that Chembond Chemicals Limited (formerly known as Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited) (CCL) have informed the Company vide letter dated June 25 2025 following : i) Their Companys name stand changed from Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited to Chembond Chemicals Limited effective from June 24 2025; and ii) They have received in-principle approval in relation to listing of their equity shares from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on June 23 2025 and June 24 2025 respectively.
