Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended read with Companys code on Prevention of Insider Trading it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the Companys Share(s) by the Directors Designated Employees other insiders of the Company an their relatives will remain closed from 1st January 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2025. Accordingly all the designated employees other insiders of the Company (including Directors) and their relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Companys share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
