The Board at its meeting held today i.e. 18 March 2025 has inter alia approved 1. Alteration of the Object Clause of the MOA of the Company and2. To align the MOA of the Company with the provisions of Companies Act 2013. The information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 is enclosed herewith.
