Audit Report on Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025 3. Declaration on Auditors Report with unmodified opinion Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 for the year ended on 31st March 2025 4. Appointed Ms Shubhangi Agarwal Practicing Company Secretaries Ahmedabad as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five (5) consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company
