Continental Petroleums Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve 1.To consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the auditor2.2. Any other matter with the permission of chair and majority of directors present at the meeting.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 30 of SEBI (Listing obligation and disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today which was commenced at 2.30 P.M. and concluded at 04.15 P.M. inter- alia have considered and approved the following: 1. Allotment of Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants on preferential basis to Promoter and Non-Promoter Group.
