Appointment of Secretarial Auditor:The Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee has approved the appointment of M/s. SARK & Associates LLP (earstwhile SARK & Associates) Practicing Company Secretaries as secretarial auditors of the Company for a period of 05(five) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till 2029-30 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 is enclosed as Annexure B.
