We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of DR Axion India Private Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday the 29th October 2025 has approved the setting up of a new plant/unit/factory at Chennai Metropolitan Area Tamil Nadu.
