Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025 as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 13 2025 were published in the following newspaper (enclosing the newspaper publication):a) Trinity Mirror (English Language Daily Newspaper) on November 14 2025 andb) Makkal Kural (Chennai Language Daily Newspaper) on November 14 2025.

In reference to Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 wherein a Company is required to submit to the stock exchange a disclosure of related party transactions on a standalone basis for the half year ended September 30 2025. In this context the Company is availing exemption of providing such information under Regulation 15(2) of the said regulation as the Paid-up capital of the Company and Net worth of the Company as on March 31 2025 is Rs. 44282070/- and Rs. 55966000/- respectively and which is within the prescribed limit.The Company also undertakes that whenever this regulation becomes applicable to our company at a later date the company will comply with the requirements of the above regulations within six months from the date on which the provision becomes applicable to the company.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 and any other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time we are enclosing herewith the Un-audited Financial Results along with the limited review report for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday November 13 2025 have approved and taken on record the following items:1) Approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025 attached as Annexure-A.

Crimson Metal Engineering Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Thursday November 13 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 163/1 Prakasam Road Broadway Chennai-600108 Tamil Nadu to Consider approve and take on record inter-alia the un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025.
